Acworth, GA – Car Crash with Injuries at GA-92 & Wade Green Rd

Acworth, GA (November 15, 2021) – At 8:44 a.m. on the morning of Monday, November 15, a car crash with injuries occurred in Acworth.

According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-92 and Wade Green Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved forcefully collided, which led to extensive damages. The vehicles involved had to be towed from the scene.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their conditions are not yet known.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
