Atlanta, GA (November 15, 2021) – At 2:22 p.m. on the afternoon of Monday, November 15, an injury accident at an intersection in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Buford Highway and Jones Mill Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles were extensively damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured victims were hospitalized, though their identities and conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for a period of time. This led to delays in the area until police cleared the scene.
