Atlanta, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20 Near Fulton Industrial Blvd

Atlanta, GA (October 10, 2021) – At 6:49 p.m. on the evening of Saturday, October 9, a multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred in Atlanta.

According to Fulton County officials, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of I-20 around the area of Fulton Industrial Boulevard. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they lost control, slamming into one another due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. Their conditions are not known at this time.

Due to the severity of the collision, all lanes of traffic were blocked for a period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.

The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues at this time.
