Augusta, GA (October 6, 2021) – On Tuesday, October 5, a woman died after a fatal camper fire that happened in Augusta.
According to Richmond County Police, the accident happened at 2300 Tobacco Road. A woman was living behind a house in a camper when it suddenly caught on fire due to reasons that are not yet known. When fire crews arrived at the scene, they found that smoke and fire was coming out of the camper. They worked to rescue a woman who was allegedly inside the camper.
