Marietta, GA (April 11, 2023) – A man was injured in a serious motorcycle accident that took place on a roadway in Marietta on the evening of Monday, April 10.
According to Marietta Police, the accident happened on Roswell Road around the area of Willeo Rill Road at 6:15 p.m. Police confirmed that a 23-year-old man was driving his KTR 390 motorcycle headed westbound when a driver in a Mazda passenger vehicle started to make a U-turn near the intersection in front of the motorcyclist. He is expected to be okay. The driver of the Mazda, identified as a 76-year-old woman, was not hurt but remained at the scene.

No further details have been released. The investigation into the collision remains ongoing at this time.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the motorcyclist injured in this accident. We hope that he receives a speedy recovery from his injuries.
