Resaca, GA – Car Crash with Injuries at GA-136 & Corinth Rd Intersection

Resaca, GA (December 13, 2021) – On Monday, December 13, a car crash occurred at an intersection in Resaca that led to injuries.

According to Gordon County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-136 and Corinth Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were seriously injured as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.

Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time.
