Sylvester, GA (February 19, 2023) – Several parties sustained injuries in a rollover collision that took place on a roadway in Sylvester on Thursday afternoon, February 16.
According to Worth County officials, the accident happened around 4:15 p.m. in the northbound lanes of GA-112 around the area of Medders Road. Police confirmed that a driver was traveling on the highway in the area when they lost control of their vehicle, causing it to overturn. The vehicle was extensively damaged in the collision.
Paramedics, fire crews, and several other local responders were called to the scene to help those in need. There were several parties inside the vehicle at the time of the accident. Several of these victims sustained injuries in the accident. The parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not entirely known at this time.
