Warner Robins, GA – Man Killed in Fatal Collision at N Houston Rd & Greenbriar Rd

Warner Robins, GA (April 21, 2023) – Around 9 p.m. on Thursday night, April 20, a man was killed in a fatal car accident at a Warner Robins intersection.

According to Warner Robins Police Department officials, the accident happened at the intersection of North Houston Road and Greenbriar Road. Police confirmed that two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to collide with one another. The involved vehicles were badly damaged in the accident.

Paramedics, fire crews, and several other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. The driver of one of the vehicles, identified as a 40-year-old male, was rushed to Houston County Medical Center for treatment of severe injuries. He was tragically pronounced dead while there a short time after. Nobody else was hurt as a result of the collision.

The roadway was blocked at the intersection for some time after the collision. This led to delays until the scene was cleared.

No further details have been released. The investigation into the collision remains ongoing.
